Our 6 and 8-week camps are the foundation of what we do. These 2-hour sessions allow us to really lock in with our players and ensure that they get the full FSC experience. We run stations with multiple coaches and work on every aspect of the game. Highlights of these sessions include; Calisthenics, Drills, Team Building and Meditation cool down post work out.
Players can jump-start their games or shore up weaknesses through individual training. If a player has a desire to get better we will make our selves available to guide them through the process. These 90 minutes sessions will ensure that a player has a clear roadmap and a list of to-do’s to continue to see their game blossom. Pop up camps are one-day events that focus on one basic skill. These 2-3 hour sessions are laser-focused on making sure that participants are skilled in the area of focus for that session. Not only do we cover the basics but we begin to deep-dive into the why’s, how’s and when of that particular skill. These workshops will build upon the other work a player may be doing and improve IQ and game preparedness.
